Our engineers have designed the project that it has a 40%built area and the rest 60% is solely allocated to greenery. Wherever you turn, all you see will be green trees manicured gardens and beautiful orchids around the vicinity. The plants, trees and the green grasses that found in our projects absorb carbon dioxide and releases oxygen which is a very essential component for humans. For a sustainable living we have implemented many initiatives like reusing the water with the help of a Water Treatment Plant, designing the house in such a way to optimally use the natural sunlight and air to fill the living rooms of our houses and thereby reducing the use of electricity as far as possible, having a waste recycling area to recycle and sustain in a ever dwindling natural resource environment. This way we are contributing to make a small but a significant difference in balancing the natural resources of our earth and to make the world a better place to live in.
