Hi Karthik, I have booked a Flat in Himagiri. But when i came across the reviews that it is been mentioned that Approved Plan is having only 31 Flats per Floor but in the marketting plan it is mentioned as 32 Flats also the same for Balcony as well. Can you please help on this...
